Made this last night for my husband and son. It was a hit. I think next time I might make it with italian sausage for a little more kick to it. Can’t wait to make it for my daughter. She will love it.

My husband loved this. He likes vodka sauce and I prefer red, so this was the perfect compromise. Super easy and quick to whip up. You can get everything ready while the noodles are cooking. Next time I’ll probably throw in some veggies. Great meal!

Really enjoyed this. Used ricotta in place of sour cream so make it more lasagna like. Delicious.

We had this for our daughter-in-law’s birthday celebration. I used ground turkey and put all the mozarella on the top before warming in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Everyone LOVED it from kindergarten to grandparents!

This was easy to adapt. I cooked half an onion with the beef and tossed in sliced olives with the cheese. The sauce wasn’t quite enough for our liking, so I added 6 oz (a small can) of tomato juice to thin it out a bit.
