Excellent vegetarian burrito option!
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place onion, bell pepper and garlic in skillet, cook for about 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour beans, tomatoes, chilies, corn and spices into skillet, cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet with salt. Cook for 2 minutes (or until melted) stirring occasionally.
Spoon mixture evenly down center of warmed tortilla, top with cheese and roll tortillas up. Serve immediately.
