This is a basic pasta and meat sauce recipe and I really don’t know why but it is just so much tastier than spaghetti!
Dice your onion and saute it with the ground turkey and seasonings.
Once your turkey is cooked through add your tomatoes and tomato sauce, mix together. Add more of the same seasonings if needed. Then add your mozzarella and let it simmer for a little bit, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve over whole wheat pasta and top it with parmesan cheese, grated and little chips of it. You can make the parmesan chips by using a vegetable peeler on your parmesan block.
