A simple dish that you can make your own by topping it with whatever Mexican flavors please you! I also have a recipe for burrito seasoning if you need one.
1. Brown the ground beef in a frying pan until no red remains. Drain the excess fat. Add seasoning and a little splash of water to mix well.
2. Turn the heat to low and add the refried beans and cheddar. Mix until combined and the cheese is melted.
3. In another frying pan, heat the first tortilla just until hot, turning once. Place about 1/2 cup of the beef mixture onto it and roll it up. Put it seam side down into a casserole dish and cover with a clean tea towel. Repeat this step with all the tortillas.

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
