1. Steam shrimp in a pot for about 5 minutes until pink and opaque. While you are steaming them, put the BBQ sauce in a large bowl. When they are done, add cooked shrimp to sauce and mix to combine. Set aside.
2. Assemble sandwiches by layering lettuce, tomato, BBQ shrimp and extra sauce if desired onto your hoagie buns. Serve with your favorite sides.
