Description

Shrimp wrapped in bacon and smothered in BBQ sauce, then skewered and grilled to perfection. These are AWESOME!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
  • ½ pounds Bacon ( Hickory Smoked )
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce (I Use Cattleman's BBQ Sauce)
  • 1 package Skewers, Bamboo Or Any Kind Will Do
  • 1 box Wooden Toothpicks

Preparation

Peel and devein shrimp.

Cut bacon strips into half strips. Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure it with wooden toothpicks that have been soaked in water.

Pour 1 cup BBQ Sauce into bowl and add bacon-wrapped shrimp. Toss shrimp around in BBQ sauce until all shrimp is well coated.

Place Shrimp on skewers and grill until bacon is cooked.

Serve immediately.

My family loved this easy recipe. My three year old couldn’t eat them fast enough! My first time using the grill too! I might try putting some jalepeno in some of them next time! THANKS from a novice cook….
