These are soooo goood! I have made them a number of times and are always a hit!

I’ve made these twice now. The meatballs themselves are very good, but the sauce doesn’t work so well for my family. The first time I used Heinz ketchup, and the sauce came out extremely sweet. The second time I tried an organic ketchup made with sugar instead of corn syrup. The sauce was more balanced with a better tang, but still very sweet. Next time I’m going to try not adding the 2 Tbsp of sugar and see if it’s the right balance of sweet and tangy for us.

I loved these and all of the men around adored them! Definitely a hit at our parties.

I made these a few nights ago and they were a huge hit in my house of picky eaters. My 6yo who rarely makes a fuss about food went on and on about how good they were, even saying they were TOO good.

I made these for the first time last night and they were AWESOME! They were also very easy. We had friends over and everyone loved them! Even my super picky husband told me to add them to the rotation! A hit!!

I adore these! My husband (who doesn’t like meatloaf or meatballs) isn’t a fan, but I can’t get enough. Perfect with creamy mashed potatoes on a cold evening.

Made these tonight and there are absolutely none left! My husband is taking what was left for leftovers tomorrow. He is a Paramedic and sometimes has a hard time heating up his meals so he RARELY does this. I did make a slight change and it was mainly because I am lazy! I did not freeze the meatballs or dredge them in flour. They still turned out absolutely amazing! Sweet and tangy. Highly recommend you try them.

These were really good. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect because it seemed like there was a ton of sugar in this recipe (between the ketchup and the white sugar) but it tasty wonderful! Next time I probably will omit the 2 tbl. of sugar. I also used ground turkey instead of beef and added a tbl. of BBQ sauce just for extra flavor and quite a few dashes of Tabasco sauce. This was a very yummy recipe and so easy to make!

Supper yummy, easy dinner fix. I love meatloaf and this is a much more elegant (?) version of the old stand-by. The sauce is great too; we added a splash of Texas Pete rather than Tabasco, for a pleasant warmth. I think I will cut back a little on the ketchup next time.

GREAT! I have made these a couple of times. The first I did them exactly as the recipe states. The second time, I cheated. I didn’t roll them in flour OR pan-fry them at all. They were still great and I will probably do it the lazy-man’s way next time;)

Made these for dinner last night, my husband *loved* them. He said it was like the best part of a traditional meat loaf, the cruchy top and the ketchup sauce.

I never really liked meatballs till these succulent babies. Great with mashed potatoes or Ree’s homemade mac n’ cheese.
The sauce has a wonderful flavor, but I prefer to leave out the onions. It’s a texture thing for me.

O.M.GAWWWWSH. I added a bit of garlic to the sauce and poured over some already-made meatballs I had (homemade, thankyouverymuch) and oh, my, my, my. Amazing.

Made these tonight and they were a hit. My meatballs were a little too wet so I’ll probably cut back on the milk next time. Also, I made the meatballs then put them in the freezer for later. I took them out the night before and they cooked great!
