Description

Sweet Kansas City BBQ sauce and chicken come together on this crispy, creamy pizza that is quick and delicious!

Inspired by the ONE-and-ONLY Pioneer Woman!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pre-made Store Bought Pizza Dough (enough For One Large Pizza)
  • Olive Oil, For Drizzling On Dough And Pan
  • ½ cups Kansas City-style BBQ Sauce (Guy Fieri's Is My Personal Fav!)
  • ½ whole Rotisserie Chicken, Pulled Off Bone And Shredded
  • 1 package (6 Oz.) Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • ½ whole Red Onion, Sliced
  • 2 whole Hot Cherry Peppers, Sliced
  • Salt To Taste
  • ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Preparation

1. Oil a pizza pan and stretch out pizza dough to fit your pan. (This may seem impossible, but it CAN be done.) Drizzle more olive oil on the dough and add a little salt.
2. Mix 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce into the pulled rotisserie chicken meat.
3. Spread reserved 1/4 cup BBQ sauce onto pizza dough.
4. Cover the sauce with the provolone cheese slices.
5. Add chicken, red onion slices, and red cherry peppers (for your husband who only likes to eat spicy things.)
6. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes until cooked throughout.
7. Take it out of the oven, drool over the tasty smell, and add chopped cilantro to the top.
