Description

Easy and delicious BBQ Chicken Pizza! A favorite in my house!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • ½ cups BBQ Sauce, divided
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, Diced (I Used Leftover Chicken Cutlets)
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Diced
  • 3 whole Basil Leaves, Diced For Garnish (cilantro Would Work Well Too!)

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400ºF.

Roll out your pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet. Spoon on your olive oil and spread it around with your fingers. Add 3/4 your amount of BBQ sauce on top of the dough and spread evenly to cover. Sprinkle on half of your mozzarella cheese. Top with chicken, onion, and remaining BBQ sauce. Add on your remaining cheese as well as your basil leaves.

Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until dough is golden and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
