Flavorful enough to stand on it’s own, but not so overpowering that you can’t use it in other dishes.
Season each breast with salt and pepper and liberally season with Montreal chicken seasoning. Drizzle a little bit of honey over each breast and then drizzle with olive oil. Put chicken into a dish. Let chicken marinate in the fridge for a few hours or up to overnight.
Grill chicken over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Flip it once or twice during grilling time.
