Description

A treat for lunch!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced, Cooked Chicken Breast
  • ½ whole Fresh Tomato, Finely Diced, Drained
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro OR Substitute 2 Teaspoons Of Dried Cilantro For 2 Tablespoons Fresh
  • 4 whole Tortillas (any Style)

Preparation

Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, chicken, tomato and cilantro in a bowl. Spread evenly over the four tortillas. Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 F. Cut rolls into 1/2″ slices. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
