  • ½ Tablespoons Brown Sugar Or Any Sweetner
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
  • ½ teaspoons Back Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (As Per Your Taste) – Keep In Mind Soy Sauce Also Has Salt In It
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds – For Sprinkling On Chicken Before Serving.

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except the chicken, sesame seeds and 3 tablespoons of the oil. Put the chicken into the bowl and mix to coat it with the marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours (or longer if you have more time on hand).

When you are ready to prepare it, preheat oven to 250 F/120 C.

Onto a rimmed baking tray, spread the marinated chicken evenly and drizzle the reserved 3 tablespoons of oil over the chicken.

Bake for 20 minutes at 250 F (check on chicken from time to time as every oven heating is different). After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven turn over the chicken to other side and bake for another 15-20 minutes at 250 F. Then turn off the oven, take out the baking tray and let the chicken cool for 2 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
