Description

This is my go-to, super easy quick dinner with very little prep! It’s so easy, I feel guilty calling it a “recipe!”

Ingredients

  • 1 box (1 Lb. Box) Rigatoni Pasta
  • 1 jar (24 Oz. Jar) Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • ½ cups Shredded Parmesan

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F. Boil noodles as directed. Spray casserole dish (I use an 8×10 dish) with cooking spray.

Place noodles in the dish. Pour sauce over the pasta (yes, room tempature sauce). Mix. Cover pasta with cheeses. Bake for 10 minutes.

If cheese is not yet bubbly and golden, let sit in the oven under the broiler for 2 or so minutes. Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn!

This is even better leftover for lunch!

Sometimes when I am too busy or lazy to chop veggies, I serve this with a bagged salad. Oh the shame! Haha!

Nothing wrong with easy that’s for sure! I’ve done something similar with frozen ravioli, jarred spaghetti sauce and the same cheeses. Throw it together, toss it in the oven, and call it a day. Have 2 teenage boys who would live on it if I let them! :)
