Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large bowl combine pecans, parsley, salt, and chili powder.
In another bowl add the egg whites.
Place one chicken breast into the egg whites and coat each side. Then place in the pecan mixture, making sure it’s well coated on each side.
Place all chicken breasts on a greased sheet and cook for 22-25 minutes.
