Love this recipe! Thicker chicken took a bit longer to cook, but they turned out perfect. Leftovers are great cold on a salad the next day!

The taste was marvelous but I think I must have done something wrong. The chopped pecan mixture would not stay on the chicken. I ended up piling it on top after trying to roll the chicken pieces.

Made this tonight for my boyfriend and me and it was wonderful! The chili powder gives the chicken so much flavor, but not so much that it overwhelms the taste buds. I wouldn’t call the chicken spicy by any means. It was one of the best chicken dishes I have ever made! I will absolutely be making this again! Thanks for sharing!

This was super easy to make but the taste just wasn’t there. Both my husband and I thought the recipe was lacking just a but on taste.

bland as it’s written. I whipped up a honey dijon sauce after tasting it to had a little dimension to the dish.

My husband and I both found the dish to be lacking in flavor, it needs a something extra. The dish was very easy to make though.

This dish was pretty good. I liked the flavor of the pecan crust, but I agree with other reviewers that it needed a bit more oomph–maybe some garlic powder and extra chili powder? I would also recommend pounding the chicken breasts flat. Overall, it’s a great recipe to build on. Thanks for sharing!

I thought this was really easy and tasty. I might add a squirt of sriracha to the mix next time and see what happens.
