Description

Easy and flavorful fish, this is a great meal for two any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Lemon (for Zest And Juice)
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Or Cracked Black Peppercorns
  • ¼ teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 2 whole (8 Oz. Size) Tilapia Fillets, Fresh Or Frozen
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter, Melted
  • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F.

On a plate add lemon zest, black peppercorns and smoked paprika. Mix together with your clean fingers then place tilapia fillets in the mixture and coat both sides.

In a 6 x 9 non-stick baking dish add melted butter and canola oil. Place coated tilapia in the baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over the tilapia and place baking dish in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve over rice! Simple and delicious. Enjoy!
