Description

This is a perfect way to use up leftover ham! The sweet and savory flavors in this panini are perfect together.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Ciabatta Bread, Sandwich Size
  • 2 teaspoons Whole-Grain Dijon Mustard, Or More To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Spicy Fig Jam
  • 6 slices Spiral Sliced Glazed Ham (or More, Depending On The Size)
  • 4 slices Thickly Sliced Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Slice ciabatta bread in desired sandwich size pieces. Cut those pieces in half horizontally. Spread one side of bread with whole-grain Dijon mustard and the other with the spicy fig jam. Top bread with slices of spiral ham and cheddar cheese.

Heat sandwich on a panini grill or steamer until sandwich is hot, toasty and the cheese has melted.

Serve immediately.
