Ingredients
- ⅔ cups Bisquick
- ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Paprika
- 1 pound Chicken, Cut Into 1/2" Strips
- 1 whole Large Egg, Beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- Cream Gravy, To Serve
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
In a gallon-size Ziploc bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.
Place chicken in another gallon-size Ziploc bag with egg and shake until coated. Transfer to bag with Bisquick mix and shake until coated.
Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle butter over chicken.
Bake for 7 minutes, flip each piece over and cook another 7 minutes. Serve with a side of cream gravy.
