Description

This is my favorite go-to quick and easy weeknight dish. It’s done in under 30 minutes and has a ton of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Slightly Pounded
  • 1  Lemon, Juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasonings

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place chicken breasts in glass baking dish.

In a blender cup or food processor, blend all remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken.

Bake for 20–25 minutes. Check center to ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked.

This was wonderfully tangy chicken. At first I was perplexed by the honey mustard with Italian flavor profile, but it really works!
