An easy, moist traditional meatloaf recipe portioned out to please every pallet in your family
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray ramekins (use four 10-ounce size ramekins for burger size or four 6 ounce ramekins for meatloaf size) with cooking spray; set aside.
In a bowl, mix all of your ingredients (except for the toppings) and mix well until combined. I used my my hands.
Evenly divide the beef mixture into 4 (or 6) equal parts and place into ramekins. Put ramekins on a baking tray. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove pan from oven. Brush a bit of ketchup on top of each and add any additional toppings at this time. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Once done, let the burger/meatloaf sit for a few minutes.
Slow-braised, beer-marinated beef short ribs on a bed of buttery whipped sweet potatoes.

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
