Description

This is a super easy and quick chicken dish that anyone can make. It only has a few ingredients and the baked chicken comes out all caramelized. It’s a taste bud sensation with sweet herbs along with tender chicken flesh. Absolutely yum!

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Fresh Herbs And Spices, As Desired
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat stove to 450°F. Line a baking dish or a cookie sheet with some aluminum foil and then very lightly coat with some cooking spray or very lightly brush with some oil.

In a very small saute pan over medium heat, sauté the garlic with the olive oil until nice and tender. Remove the garlic from heat and then stir in the brown sugar. Add some additional herbs and spices as needed.

Place the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish and then cover all over with the garlic and brown sugar mixture. Add some salt and a little pepper to taste.

Bake uncovered for about 15-30 minutes, or until the juices begin to run clear. The cooking time will largely depend on the actual size and the thickness of your chicken.

Made this last night, the family loved it. Only thing I will do different next time is only add 3 Tbs of brown sugar. Will be making again and again.
