Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, almonds, sugar and cinnamon, reserving a tablespoon each of the coconut and almonds.
In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vanilla, and then stir it into the dried ingredients until combined.
In a greased medium-sized baking pan (I used a medium-sized oval), lay out half of the blueberries and then pour the oatmeal mixture over top. Sprinkle the top with the remaining blueberries, coconut and almonds. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the oatmeal has set and begun to brown on top.
