Description

A quick and easy breaded chicken breast. I like to serve it with pasta and salad, but it is most definitely up to you!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Shredded Asiago Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a baking dish.
2. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley together in a shallow dish.
3. Beat the egg in another shallow dish and add the water to it.
4. Rinse the chicken breasts, and pat them dry with paper towel. Dip the first one into the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Press the crumbs into the chicken breast, coating it well. Repeat with the second chicken breast.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the juices run clear.
