Three ingredients makes for a wonderful entree.
Start by cutting each piece of chicken in half lengthwise.
Place a piece of bacon on the cutting board and roll the chicken into a ball before wrapping the chicken ball with bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
Place the wrapped chicken into a dish, cover with the BBQ sauce and place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Remove from the fridge and place the dish into a 350ºF oven for 20 minutes.
Serve while hot.
Serving suggestion: serve with Monkey Gland BBQ Sauce (see my TK recipe box or website for the recipe).
