Ingredients

  • FOR THE MEATLOAF:
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 5 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 2  Eggs, Beaten
  • ½ cups Bread Crumbs
  • 8 ounces, weight Cheddar, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Onion
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • 1 can (3 Oz. Can) French Fried Onions

Paula does make one but I don’t like mustard on my burgers. So I used dry mustard instead yellow mustard – and I added the relish.

This is an easy recipe that taste fabulous too! I think it’s so much better the second day. Next time I’ll make this ahead and then refrigerate. Think I’ll make two so there’ll be leftovers for sandwiches.
