Tasty meatballs that are easy to make and loved by all the family!
Using a blender or food processor mince the onion, potato and garlic. Then add the egg and process to combine. Adding the egg will make it easier to blend. The mixture should be smooth.
In a large mixing bowl mix the minced meat with the rest of the ingredients (except the oil) using your hands.
Using a tablespoon for measuring, scoop the mixture and make round balls. Set the balls on a plate while you finish with the rest of the mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the meatballs occasionally shaking the pan to turn the balls so they brown on all sides. The smaller the meatballs are, the faster they fry.
Serve with freshly boiled potatoes with butter and a pinch of chopped dill.
