Description

Believe me, you’ll want to enjoy this simple yet delicious toast for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread, Toasted
  • 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
  • 4 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese, More Or Less To Taste

Preparation

In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lemon juice and salt to taste.

Spoon the avocado mixture on each slice of toasted bread and spread it to the edges. Top each tartine with 2 or 3 tomato slices and sprinkle generously with feta cheese.

I’ve made this for breakfast the last 2 days since I spotted it on the site. ABSOLUTELY HEAVEN! and my husband thinks so too. I’m trying to avoid bread, so I made mine on a RyKrisp cracker. We argue over whose is better. THANKS for sharing! :)
