Description

A slow cooker makes these pork chops tender and finger lickin’ good!

Ingredients

  • 6 whole To 8 Whole Lean Pork Chops About 1 Inch Thick
  • ½ cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1-½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 bunch Center Or Heart Of Celery Stalks, Chopped, Green Leaves Too!
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Chicken Gumbo Soup

Preparation

1. Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Brown in oil in a large skillet.
2. Place browned pork chops into your slow cooker. Add both cans of soup and chopped celery.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 – 8 hours or on High for 3 1/2 hours.
