Description

Oh my goodness, these are the best pork chops I’ve ever made! We love Asiago cheese and panko bread crumbs and with these 2 things mixed together, they made the best pork chops in the world!

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless Pork Chops, 1/4 Inch Thin
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Egg White, Beaten
  • 1 cup Italian Flavored Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cups Asiago Cheese, Shredded
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 pieces Lemon Wedges

Preparation

Season pork chops with garlic salt and pepper. Set aside.

Put egg white in a bowl. In a seperate bowl mix panko bread crumbs, Asiago cheese, and salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Dip each pork chop into the egg and then press both sides of the chop into the cheese mixture until it’s coated well. Repeat with all of the chops.

Place pork chops in skillet and cook 5-7 minutes per side or until lightly browned and cooked through.

Plate the pork chops and squeeze 1 lemon wedge over each pork chop.

These were great! Good flavor and the chops stayed juicy. Something a little different that I will definitely keep this recipe in my “rotation”.
