Description

A delicious and healthy pizza fit for celebrations! Can be made on any pizza crust in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2  Small Frozen Pizza Crusts Of Your Choice
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
  • 1 can (200 G Size) Artichoke Hearts, Drained, Rinsed And Sliced
  • 220 grams Black Olives, Pitted
  • 1  Avocado, Sliced
  • ½ cups Baby Spinach

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the pizza crusts on a baking sheet with a grill rack. Layer the cheese, then the artichokes and black olives. Bake for 12 minutes until crusts are golden and cheese is bubbling.

Place slices of avocado on the pizza and scatter with spinach leaves. Slice and serve.

Note: This recipe is for two small pizzas. If you double the amounts for the toppings, there will be enough topping goodness to make two large pizzas.
