Description

Sweet pork that falls apart right on your fork!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Mesquite Grill Mates Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Season-All
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce, 18 Ounce Bottle, Use As Much As You Want
  • ⅓ cups Brown Sugar

Preparation

Sprinkle ribs liberally with mesquite and Montreal seasonings, season all, salt and pepper. Rub the seasoning into ribs. Place ribs in crock pot or large pot and cover with water. Add enough liquid smoke to water to turn it a light brown color. Cook on stove top at a low rolling boil for 2.5 hours or in crock pot until tender, approximately 5 hours.

Remove ribs from cooking liquid and place on foil lined grill, or indoor griddle. Baste with BBQ sauce and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Heat through until brown sugar has melted and somewhat caramelized.
