Description

One of my co-workers brought this for potluck. It was great! I also made it with seafood and it worked as well. I put a few shrimp and crab in it while it cooked, for flavor, but added most of the seafood just before serving.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cubed
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 envelope Dry Italian Dressing Mix
  • ½ cups Dry White Wine
  • 4 stalks Green Onions, Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 package Angel Hair Pasta

Preparation

Cook pasta, set aside.

Put chicken in the crock pot.

In a bowl, add cream cheese, soup, and butter. Microwave until melted. Then stir in remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken in the crock pot.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Serve over hot angel hair pasta, or mix pasta in just before serving.

I love this recipe… I especially like using Marsala wine. We also love it over rice. Thanks for submitting this recipe… it gets and A+.

This recipe is a staple in our house, we use Golden mushroom soup instead of regular and it gives it a little more of a complex flavor. Is good over rice too!

I made this on the stove instead of the crock pot. I sauteed flattened chicken breasts in olive oil before adding the other ingredients. It was really good. I added chicken stock along with the wine to extend the sause a little more. I will make this again and again and again!
