Description

An awesome variation to your normal everyday slider burger. Sure to be a hit at your next gathering with family and friends!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Ground Chuck
  • ⅔ cups Your Favorite Thick-style BBQ Sauce, Divided
  • ¾ teaspoons Your Favorite Steak Seasoning Blend
  • 12 whole Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 3 slices Swiss Cheese, Cut Into Thirds
  • 8 ounces, weight Canned Sliced Pineapple, Drained And Cut Into Thirds(grill Right Before Burger Assembly)
  • ½  Small Red Onion, Sliced Thin And Sauteed
  • Non-stick Grilling Spray

Preparation

Spray the cold grate of your gas or charcoal grill with grilling spray and preheat to medium heat.

Meanwhile combine the beef, half of the BBQ sauce and the steak seasoning in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 12 small patties. Grill patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Remove them from the grill to a clean plate.

Remove the rolls from the package and do not separate them (they should all be attached at this point). Cut rolls in half horizontally. Lightly spray cut sides with grilling spray and toast on the grill until golden. Remove them from the grill. You can grill the pineapple at this time as well.

Spread remaining half of the BBQ sauce on the cut side of the rolls and separate rolls at this point.

Place patties on bottom halves of rolls and top with cheese, grilled pineapple and red onion. Close tops of rolls and serve immediately.
