Description

This is another yummy crescent-filled dinner: the All-American Cheeseburger Ring. Yum.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (I Use 80/20 For The Most Flavor)
  • ¼ cups Yellow Onion, Diced
  • ¾ cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
  • 2 containers (8 Oz. Tubes) Crescent Rolls

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

In a medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion until done, about 10 minutes, using a fork to break up the meat.

Add cheese, ketchup, and mustard and mix well. Remove from heat.

Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on a round baking stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. Smoosh with your fingers the inside pieces of the triangle where they overlap to seal together. There should be a 6″ circle in the center of the baking stone.

Using a medium scoop or a spoon, scoop meat mixture evenly onto the widest part of each triangle. Bring points of triangles up over the filling and tuck under the wide ends of dough at the center of the ring. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a deep golden brown.

Recipe serves 6-8. Enjoy!
