Description

Have pizza dough ready to go in less than 10 minutes! Usually, I use this when I need a quick dinner and have some veggies on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2-½ cups All-purpose Flour

Preparation

Yields 1 large pizza.

1. Preheat oven 450ºF. Combine yeast and water. Then mix this with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Knead for 5 minutes.
3. Spread on a pizza stone or pizza pan. Add your desired toppings.
4. Bake 12-18 minutes. The baking time really depends on your toppings and pan. I usually top my pizza with pineapple, onion, tomato and green peppers. Since the vegetables are raw, the veggies took a little longer to bake than a meat pizza.
