Quick, simple and a must have recipe. This will be a regular staple in our menu as even with a broken thumb I was able to make pizza and garlic bread from scratch. My family think I’m wonder mum today!
I didn’t have any herbs to use even in dried form and it was still fab!

I followed the recipe as directed but my dough was wet and sticky and I needed to add more flour until it was workable. Although the end result was quite tasty, I wondered what I did wrong.

This was pretty good. The best part about it was how fast it is – most recipes require an hour or two to let the dough rise. The crust was thin, nice and crispy, but not dry at all.

I really like this dough. We are making it for the second time tonight, and it is easy and tasty.

My father has been wanting me to make homemade pizza lately, but I couldn’t find an easier recipe than this one. So I guess I’ll give it a try. Thanks for posting it!

I usually make some garlic butter and/or heat up some of the leftover pizza sauce to dip the breadsticks in. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you so much for posting this recipe – it just saved my life! OK not literally saved my life but when you have two strapping teenage sons and a hungry hubby and just don’t know what to do for lunch and quickly, this is the go to recipe now. Vege pizza and garlic bread – yumm! Even the dog loved it.

@ healthy–glad to be a lifesaver! I have made it without the herbs too and it is still good. Makes for an easy meal when I’ve not taken anything out of the freezer or been away from home during the day. I guess the dog loving it is a good thing!!!

@msblue….gosh I just don’t know. I normally have a little flour left in the bowl. Was it raining where you were? Maybe there was a lot of moisture in the air. Glad still that it turned out okay. This is so easy and good. Glad everyone like it.

Very good as breadsticks, but the dough was pretty sticky. I just pressed it out anyway and it worked very well. Yum!

I don’t understand why they turn out sticky….it seems I can never get all the flour worked in, so have some left in my bowl. it may be the humidity or the type of flour…that is something I just can’t figure out.
