Description

I made these biscuits to look like little peanut butter cookies. Hopefully other pups do not react as poorly as my Rusty does to peanut butter. He’s not allowed to have it… he makes bad smells.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ⅓ cups Peanut Butter (chunky Or Smooth)
  • 1-¼ cup Hot Water
  • Additional Flour For Rolling

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix in the peanut butter and hot water. You may need to add more water if the dough is too sticky.

Knead the dough well. Roll it into balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Then make a cross hatch fork mark on the dog cookies. This is the same way you would do for human peanut butter cookies.

Bake for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven and let them cool overnight.

Oh my dogs just love these! They were so easy, and I really like knowing exactly what goes in these because both of my dogs have food allergies.
