Easy Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients
- 12 ounces, fluid Tomato Paste
- ½ cups Dark Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Dry Ground Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoons (scant) Cinnamon
- 2 pinches Ground Clove
- 2 pinches Allspice
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- ⅔ cups Water
- 4 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
Preparation Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Store in an airtight container overnight for the flavors to develop.
Use wherever ketchup is called for and enjoy!
