Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and set it aside. Cut bread into cubes and place the cubes into a medium bowl. Drizzle olive oil over cubes. Usually, I’ll sprinkle my croutons with a dash of garlic powder, a little bit of basil and some parsley. Add salt and pepper as well. Toss and move the cubes to the baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
