Description

Here’s a delicious raw vegan Valentine’s Day chocolate fudge recipe that requires only chocolate, tahini and some seeds of your choice.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Chocolate
  • ⅓ cups Tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • ⅓ cups Seeds And/or Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup Or Another Sweetener (optional, If Your Chocolate Is Not Sweet Enough)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sprinkles, For Decorating (optional)

Preparation

Melt chocolate, then add tahini and mix well. Add coconut oil and desiccated coconut or seeds of your choice. Add maple syrup or another sweetener if needed. Mix everything well again.

Pour mixture into heart-shaped muffin molds and decorate if you want. You can use dried fruit, nuts, seeds, sprinkles or shredded coconut.

Put the molds in the fridge for a few hours until the fudge has hardened.
