Ingredients
- FOR THE CASSEROLE:
- 3 cups Mashed Sweet Potato
- ½ cups Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cups Milk
- ⅔ cups Sugar
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon, Plus More To Sprinkle On Top
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- ⅓ cups Flour
- ⅓ cups Melted Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts- Your Choice
Preparation Instructions
Mix the casserole ingredients and spread into a casserole pan. Mix the ingredients for the topping together and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Sprinkle a light coating of cinnamon on top and bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.
