I made these in miniture form for a company picnic and they were a hit! The cookies are moist and everything works well together and they are so addicting, every time I walked by the fridge it took everything in me not to eat more. This will definately become a staple for my house hold.

Really good! I used some cinnamon applesauce in place of 1/2 of the oil called for and they turned out great! Big hit with my 4 year old too.

We made these at a girls’ retreat and doubled the recipe! They made more than the 24 but we were able to enjoy them anyway. So delicious!

Great flavor!
(However, due to the fact that I used home-frozen pumpkin from my freezer, rather than canned, solid pack pumpkin…I cannot review the consistency of your recipe.
)Mine dough was very runny! I blame it entirely on me using the wrong pumpkin.
I want to make these again sometime. With the right pumpkin.
Thanks for sharing!

I made bite size versions (recipe made 65 mini pies) and got rave reviews. I still need to play with the cook time as I think I pulled them out a little to early because they were a bit sticky on day two. I need to make about 200 of them for a party in a couple weeks, so I should have it down to a science by then.

Delish!!
I scooped the batter out with a 2″ ice cream scooper and ended up with 16 large pies. Plenty of filling with some left (I can lick the bowl). They are like a personal puumpkin roll. The pies were soft, but easily handled. I did bake my last small batch for about 12-13 minutes and they seem to hold together a little better. Either way, they are a winner. Thanks for sharing, a great idea.

These are so good and that cream is AMAZING. I think I’ll have to try the cream on oatmeal cookies! Seriously delicious. I added chocolate chips to the recipe and those were good too.

I made these for my work putluck and everyone loved them! They were easy to make and came together quickly. I did get about 20 “pies” out of this recipe though, instead of the advertised 12. I will definitely be making this again soon!

Fantastic recipe! I made these last night for a few friends. I had 2 left by the end of the night! When I made it, though, 17 cakes came out. I’m not complaining – more for the eating!
Thank you!

I have a confession. I made these and entered them in a Halloween bake off…and won!!!! I placed Hillbilly Teeth (recipe here on Tasty Kitchen) on top of each cake, with one tooth missing, and said it was my homage to the movie Marathan Man. This is an incredibly deeeeelicious recipe!! Thank you xxxooo

These are AMAZING! Made them exactly by the recipe and can’t imagine changing a thing…they were perfect!!! Fun to make and a huge hit
These are sure to become a new fall tradition in our household! I had to register on the site just to post this comment because my son asked me the next day…”Did you comment on that recipe and tell them how EPIC these were???” Thanks for posting!

Made these this year and they are delicious! I had many compliments on them, and I think they are better than a pumpkin roll.

I’ve made these several times, and my family LOVES them! I just made a half batch using a gluten-free flour and they turned out perfectly (even better than some of my batches using regular flour, which sometimes get pretty sticky). My sister did recommend using a GF flour mix that has xanthan gum to help with texture.
