These are delicious and fairly easy! I baked the pie part and stored them the night before I made the cream cheese filling. They are flying out of my kitchen at record speed!
Will definitely be making these again soon.

I am speechless. These are SO good. They are easy to make, hard to mess up, and oh. so. delicious.
I’m considering ending my baking career because it will never get better than this. Really. Never ever.

These are great! My batter was a bit thick but I persevered. They are like portable pumpkin rolls! I love them & will enjoy sharing them with friends and teachers.

Just finished making these, and oh MY, they are delicious! They are pretty rich, meaning I can’t eat all of them by myself (even though I want to!). Luckily, I have friends and family to share with. This is going in my permanent recipe file. Thanks for sharing!

Absolutely delicious! I made these for a group of my husband’s friends last night, and he said all the guys gave high praise. FYI: I used an ordinary table spoon (plus my fingers for occasional shaping help–shhh!) for the cookies, and it worked great! My cookies weren’t “professional” looking, but no one seemed to mind! Thank you, Deutsch Girl!

These were very, very easy to make. I didn’t cut squares of parchment paper though, I just used a sheet of parchment to cover the bottoms of my baking pans, came out just fine. I did use the swirl method and they all came out very uniform in size. They are as good as they look on this site, and they got rave reviews from my co-workers at lunch today. Definitely making these again and again and again!!!!!

So good! I used Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting because my frosting was too runny (probably my error)
I also just plopped them on the cookie sheet with a silpat liner and squashed them down before baking instead of the piping method. They had to cook 13-15 minutes because they were fatter, perfectly moist.

I made these today and they are yummy to say the least. The only thing I did differently was to add pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese frosting instead of cinnamon. I also used my scoop to place them on the parchment paper instead of piping them. Thanks for sharing!

I have a confession. I made these and entered them in a Halloween bake off…and won!!!! I placed Hillbilly Teeth (recipe here on Tasty Kitchen) on top of each cake, with one tooth missing, and said it was my homage to the movie Marathan Man. This is an incredibly deeeeelicious recipe!! Thank you xxxooo

These are AMAZING! Made them exactly by the recipe and can’t imagine changing a thing…they were perfect!!! Fun to make and a huge hit
These are sure to become a new fall tradition in our household! I had to register on the site just to post this comment because my son asked me the next day…”Did you comment on that recipe and tell them how EPIC these were???” Thanks for posting!

Made these this year and they are delicious! I had many compliments on them, and I think they are better than a pumpkin roll.

I’ve made these several times, and my family LOVES them! I just made a half batch using a gluten-free flour and they turned out perfectly (even better than some of my batches using regular flour, which sometimes get pretty sticky). My sister did recommend using a GF flour mix that has xanthan gum to help with texture.
