Description

The secret is in the three types of baking chips. But don’t tell anyone!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 12 ounces, weight Butterscotch Chips
  • 12 ounces, weight Peanut Butter Chips
  • 10 ounces, weight Maraschino Cherries
  • 4 ounces, weight Walnuts
  • ½ bags (10 Oz. Bag) Colored Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

In a double boiler, melt the three kinds of baking chips together, stirring frequently, until combined and completely melted.

In the meantime, drain and roughly chop the maraschino cherries. Squeeze out excess liquid with paper towels.

Roughly chop walnuts, then toss with the cherries. Set aside.

Lightly spray the bottom and sides of a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick spray. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate mixture into the pan, covering the bottom. Work quickly, tilting the pan for full coverage. Return chocolate mix to the boiler to keep warm.

Sprinkle the cherry/walnut mix evenly over the chocolate, then add the flavored mini marshmallows. Lightly press them into the chocolate.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top, making sure you get at least some coverage on all the filling.

Store in the refrigerator until firm.

For easy removal, put about 4 inches of very hot water in your sink, then lay the pan in the water for a few minutes. Invert over waxed paper, then cut into 1-inch squares.
