Description
This salad is always a must-have at Easter (it would also be great for St. Patty’s). It’s very easy to make in a large batch for potlucks. I always get asked for the recipe.
This salad is a very pretty light green color, but if you would like the green to be a little more vivid, just add some green food coloring.
Ingredients
- 9 ounces, weight Cool Whip
- 20 ounces, weight Canned Crushed Pineapple With Juice
- 11 ounces, weight Canned Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 3 ounces, weight Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and chill. I told you it was easy!
