Description

This chocolate bark includes all the Christmassy flavors that I love and they work really well together. Some people choose to sprinkle the ingredients on top of the melted chocolate, but I prefer to mix everything together and then spread the mixture on a baking sheet. That way it doesn’t make too big of a mess when you eat it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chocolate, Finely Chopped (mix Of Dark And Milk, Or White)
  • 1 whole Clementine, Zested (Finely Grate Or Chop The Peel)
  • ½ cups Mixed Nuts, Chopped (I Use Walnuts And Hazelnuts)
  • ½ cups Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cups Store-bought Ginger Thins, Crumbled (about 10 Cookies)
  • Extra Nuts And Cranberries For Decorating

Preparation

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slowly melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. When all the chocolate has melted, add the clementine zest.
3. Remove from the heat and rapidly add the nuts, cranberries, and cookies. Mix well.
4. Spread the chocolate mixture on the baking sheet. Sprinkle a few extra nuts and cranberries on top. Let set for at least two hours.
5. Break into pieces and enjoy.
