Description

Out with green bean casserole this Thanksgiving and in with these healthy and delicious caramelized green beans! Super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Frozen Green Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place aluminum foil or parchment paper over a baking sheet.

In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated. Spread out in a single layer on your baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until lightly caramelized, stirring once halfway through.
