Combine juice and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium/high heat. Add cranberries, return to boil. Lower heat to simmer. Cook until thickened to your liking. This usually takes 10-15 minutes for me. The nutmeg is optional. I love it though. Sprinkle it on as a garnish at the end.
