Description

You won’t even miss the marshmallows with this dessert-like side dish. Perfect for the holidays, or any other day for that matter!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SWEET POTATO MIX:
  • 3 cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes Or One 29 0z. Can Yams Drained And Mashed
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cups Melted Butter
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cups Milk
  • _____
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Flour
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • ½ cups Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine the casserole ingredients together. Mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish (will be runny). Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the sweet potato mix. Bake 30 – 40 minutes.

I made this for the holidays, and it was delicious! Everyone loved it, and there were no leftovers. The best thing about this recipe is how easy it is! I will definitely be using this recipe again!
