Very easy, very refreshing sangria made with fresh summer fruits and sparkling wine.
Note: There are no specific measurements for the wine and juice; you’ll use equal parts of each based on the size of your pitcher.
In a pitcher or beverage server, pour equal parts wine and grape juice, filling the pitcher 3/4 full.
Add all fruit except strawberries and stir. Allow the mixture to refrigerate for at least an hour, but up to 4 hours.
When ready to serve, add strawberries and mint (if using) to the pitcher. Top with champagne and stir very gently. Serve without ice, making sure all glasses are served with some of the cold fruit from the pitcher.

In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
